After a very long time with my casio camera, which I'm using now, my father has agreed that I need a new one. That would mean that for the first time of my life I would be able to buy my own camera, not just earn a camera from my father when he has bought himself a new one. The earned camera's of my father were good ones (because he bought good cameras for himself), but this time I may pick a totally new one for myself. The only problem is, I would like to buy a good camera for macro-shots, a not just a universal camera for everything with average quality. And I have absolutly no idea where to start to search. So... Could someone please give me some tips about which camera could be good to take macro pictures and pictures of small objects/still lives while there is still a possibility to take pictures of bigger objects, like portraits? I would really appreciate any tips you can give.
